Stayton Fun Run

Stayton Fun Run Since 1983 Stayton has been celebrating fitness and this family tradition on the 4th of July. So, there is much to do after the race is over.

Both the runs and walk of this annual event will take place on asphalt and cross-country surfaces. Stayton Fun Run

Start your 4th of July off right by participating in Stayton’s 34st annual event celebrating fitness. The miles are marked and the courses are excellent for the competitive runner, fun runner and walker. The Runs and Walk is being held in conjunction with Stayton’s 4th of July festiv

al. The festival features such activities as the Kid’s and Grand Parade, a community dinner, band concerts, variety show, kid’s games, food booths and a fantastic fireworks display.

We will kick off our annual 4th of July Old Time Fun Run in about an hour. This is something we enjoy doing for the community, We enjoy seeing everyone come out. Since its inception, this fun run has had two goals: keeping costs low and prizes aplenty. This is only possible with generous community support including volunteers and donors. It's Race Day, and we have started checking in racers. if you forgot to get signed up there is still plenty of time to come down and get registered.
We will open with a Scout Led Flag Ceremony at 8:30 and the Race begins at 9:am

3K Walk/Run - A perfect start for families and casual participants.
5K Trail Run - Challenge yourself on our scenic asphalt and cross-country route.
10K Trail Run - For those who want to push their limits and enjoy the beauty of Stayton.
After the race, stick around for Stayton’s 4th of July festival, featuring parades, concerts, a variety show, kid’s games, food booths, and a fantastic fireworks display.

$15 if you pre-register online before July 4th.
$20 on the day of the race.

The Stayton Fun Run is here, TOMORROW MORNING, to celebrate fitness and community spirit on the 4th of July! Whether you’re a competitive runner, a fun runner, or a walker, we have something for everyone.
