Karate International of Statesville Permanently Closed We began martial arts, in 2010, as a means of activity for our children. We found that we loved it so much we decided to do it full time.

It seemed logical, since we had thought it would be nice to learn karate when younger, to take it with them. Our style is traditional to a point since it is founded in the Isshinryu Style of Karate but we do have a tight focus on self defense in the modern world. If you are looking for a family-friendly atmosphere with caring instructors, we are the school for you. Our facilities are clean and wel

l-equipped with learning and safety equipment. When you join, our friendly staff will take into account your current skill and needs to design the perfect program for YOU. Whether you’re novice or experienced, young or experienced, we have the tools that will help you succeed. Not only will we teach you the techniques and moves, we’ll also educate you in the way of the Martial Arts: Respect, Self-Confidence and Discipline. Choosing the right martial arts school is a vital first step. You want instructors who will challenge you to push yourself further, but you also need to feel comfortable in and out of class. We want you to succeed in whatever endeavors you seek. Taking martial arts will aid you in that.
