Long overdue post. Hey everyone, meet Crystal, our newest added certified personal trainer and certified stretch trainer. She will be teaching the new stretching classes at the Taylorsville location every other Thursday @ 6:30pm (currently 4/16 and 4/30). We may add more days as needed. She is also available for one on one personal training and nutrition assistance at both Genesis Fitness locations. Everyone needs more flexibility, more mobility and stability strength. There's no better place to get that than at The Origin of REAL Fitness...Genesis Fitness with an awesome and knowledgeable trainer in Crystal.. Starting off the first full week of 2026 with confidence and gratitude. You get one body. You are counting on you - and so are your loved ones. To be healthy, to show up for all the things, to be your best self.

-weight room 24/7
-circuit classes (to help take the thought out of it all and give us some accountability)
-nutritional guidance and plans
-workout plans — don’t like classes. That’s ok. We got you. We can write you a workout plan, demo the moves, keep track of progress. This is for men and women.
-measurements, weight checks, accountability chats
-sauna, meals, protein smoothies

We give you all the tools, you make the effort.

Class times for the week
⏰ Monday - 5am, 6:15am, 8:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
⏰ Tuesday - 5:30pm (spin- must book ahead of time)
⏰ Wednesday - 5am, 6:15am, 8:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
⏰ Thursday - 5am, 6:15am, 8:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm

If you’re wanting to take Spin Bootcamp, please understand you have to book the class ahead of time on the new app. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel ahead of time due to there being a limited amount of bikes so those on the waitlist can book.
