Introducing Tandem Therapy Saturdays at The Fix Statesboro—60 minutes of coordinated, full-body therapeutic care with Cristen and Terrell working simultaneously.

Your individualized session may incorporate:

• Orthopedic massage
• Myofascial therapy
• Cupping
• Graston techniques
• Assisted stretching
• Joint mobility
• Corrective movement techniques
• Red-light therapy when appropriate

This is not simply a massage. It is a focused, comprehensive session designed to address multiple areas of muscular tension, fascial restriction and movement dysfunction without spending the entire appointment on only one region.

What my business “looks like” is of no concern to me, because, the proof is in my pudding. I have 20+ years of data and tangible results to back up the proof of my skill. It is my belief that what I can do with a person who is willing to learn and execute what I teach far out weighs, the aesthetics and external presentation of my studio. If you were looking for bells and whistles, it is likely that you are seeking something outside of yourself because of what you lack inside.

I have been in practice for over 20 years and I love educating people because I truly want to see people perform at their best, present at their best and feel their best. God blessed you with an incredible tool that is a blessing when properly navigated. I put my story out there, good and bad, fully transparent so that the facts and the outcomes are present. I could care less if I am judged harshly or discredited by people who have never achieved what I have accomplished because my story has been the greatest learning experience of my life and I was willing to take risks to learn.
