Bennett's Bicycles is a 5th generation family business in Staten Island, New York. Opened in 1896, Bennett's
was originally located in the Fort Wadsworth section of Staten Island. After 40 years of service in that location,

Sometimes the best new bike builds are actually old bikes getting a second life.

We built up this Cannondale CAAD5 Fireman’s Stars & Stripes frameset—a truly special piece of cycling and FDNY history.

Cannondale produced these red, white and blue CAAD5s for FDNY firefighters who participated in a cross-country ride from New York to California following September 11, 2001.
