STATEN ISLAND BOUNTY HUNTER SERIES
Structure
1. Collecting a Bounty
A bounty is awarded only when a player is completely felted and eliminated from the game.
The player who eliminates them receives credit for that bounty.
2. Tie for Most Bounties
If two or more players are tied for the most bounties at the end of the night, the player with the highest total points for that night’s game will be declared the Bounty winner and advance to the Finals.
If the players are also tied in total points, the tied players may decide between:
* Playing it out Heads-Up to determine the winner, OR
* Drawing High Card to determine the winner.
The players may mutually choose which method they would like to use.
3. Chopped Bounties
If multiple players eliminate the same bounty player in the same hand and chop the pot, the bounty will also be divided equally among those players.
* 2 players = ½ (.5) bounty each
* 3 players = ⅓ bounty each
* 4 players = ¼ bounty each
* And so on.
When a bounty is divided, the physical bounty chip must be taken away by the dealer and the fractional bounty amounts must be recorded for each player.
These fractional bounties count toward the player’s total number of bounties for the night.
4. Multiple Bounty Night Wins
A player may win and qualify on multiple nights.
After their first qualifying win, every additional Bounty night they win earns them an extra ½ starting stack for the Bounty Hunter Finals.
There is NO MAXIMUM on additional ½ stacks.
Example:
• 1 win = Regular starting stack
• 2 wins = Regular stack + ½ stack
• 3 wins = Regular stack + 1 full stack
• 4 wins = Regular stack + 1½ stacks
5. Bounty Hunter Finals
All qualified Bounty winners will advance to the Staten Island Bounty Hunter Finals.
