Hi everyone its been a while since I posted here. Job duties. but I am back and ready to go. Got some more inspirational moments. Gained about 10 pounds and haven't worked out in a while so I'm actually looking for someone I can work out and get my deconditioned body back on track. I realized food Is the most abused anxiety drug anyone can use, including myself. Exercise is the most under utilized Antidepressant. Moving forward I am back on my exercise and having fun.

Just recently got licensed for Zumba Gold which are low impact Zumba for my Active Mature Population. Since I belong to this group I thought it was appropriate.LOL
