CHAAR Martial Arts Center Martial arts school in State College and the surrounding area. We are the only certified Olympic style martial arts center in the area.

The Chaar TaeKwondo Academy is the premiere martial arts school in Central Pennsylvania since 1988. Our martial arts programs not only focus on the physical techniques but on the mental aspects as well.
