What a day!

Day 1 was an absolute blast! From incredible performances on the competition floor to the excitement of our mystery dumplings and awards we loved it all!

A huge thank you to all of the coaches, parents, judges, twirlers, volunteers, and staff who helped make today such a special day for everyone involved. Your passion, dedication, and support are what make the North Atlantic Regionals so incredible year after year.

Get some rest—we can't wait to do it all again tomorrow! 💙💛

Today, over 300 athletes from across the region will take the floor to showcase their hard work, passion, determination, and love for our sport. Whether you’re competing, coaching, judging, volunteering, or cheering from the stands, YOU are what makes this event so special. ❤️

Travel safely, bring your biggest smiles, and get ready for an incredible day filled with twirling, friendship, sportsmanship, and unforgettable memories.

Doors Open: 7:00 AM
Opening Announcements: 7:50 AM
Competition Begins: 8:00 AM

Need some extra floor time before North Atlantic Regionals? Join us for Friday Night Practice from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM!

📍 Practice will be held at a different gym than the competition venue
💲 Cost: $50 per twirler Venmo information on the signup form
