Megan and The Studio seem synonymous to us - she's been a resident instructor at our Starkville Studio for almost as long as The Studio has had its doors open. She brings the heat to each of her classes she instructs AND she'll encourage you on her own mat while she takes class as an attendee. Her Studio Superlatives included:
most likely to have a fire playlist (hello EDM), most likely to induce soreness, and most likely to talk sourdough before class 🍞

You did it! Our 3rd annual 60 Strong challenge has wrapped up!!! We partied on Saturday at co-owner Jonette's house to celebrate, give out member voted Studio superlative awards, and host our challenge charm ceremony ✨😋🤪 THANK YOU for participating and investing in improving your health sustainably.
