Starting this week, we will have fundamentals class on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 PM to 6:30 PM. Matt will be over the fundamentals class. This is just an opportunity for anyone new to get better at basic fundamentals. Monday and Thursday will be No Gi and Wednesday will be Gi.. if you don't have a Gi you can use/borrow one of our extras or we can order you one.

As we continue to find different ways to support our law-enforcement in the community, we are now offering FREE Jiu Jitsu training on Tuesdays at 6pm for ALL (Men & Women) law-enforcement. This is a great way to for law enforcement to connect with the local community and continuously get pressure tested on a consistent basis to make sure that they are ready when it's their "Super Bowl" moment.
Just show up in T-shirt and shorts and be ready to work! We all will endure 10 - 6 minute rounds of sparing. It consistently test your technique under pressure and will only sharpen your skills.
We have highly experienced Men and Women that actively train to help so there is training for everyone with all experience levels.

Just imagine if you had to defend yourself in a hand-to-hand combat situation and you could not protect yourself or the community while we offer FREE training. You'll be a massive liability to the community and to your peers so don't miss out on this great opportunity to level up your hand-to-hand combat and grappling skills.

We tagged some out local agencies but we welcome all so State Troopers, ABC and Wildlife officers are welcome.

This week we had to say goodbye "for now" to our amazing Emily! She has been with Team Summit since 2024 instructing our Fitness Kickboxing class. Just a couple of weeks after she started instructing she got very curious about our jiu jitsu class and quickly jumped in as a student after she was done teaching. Emily has been a staple in the gym ever since and has been absolutely dedicated to her students! She has brought so much energy to our gym and we are so thankful! Thank you so much for everything you have done for Summit and we will miss you so much! Good luck to you and everything you do in your future!
