💜✨ COACHES SHOUT OUT: MEGAN ✨💜

This week, we are celebrating a very special milestone — Coach Megan’s 16th year with North Florida Elite! 🎉

For 16 years, Megan has poured her heart into NFE, coaching athletes of every age from 3 to 18 years old. She has a gift for connecting with athletes and is affectionately known as our “Little Kid Whisperer.” 💜

Whether she’s teaching a preschooler their first forward roll or helping athletes build confidence on and off the mat, Megan leads with patience, kindness, and a heart for our program.

Thank you, Coach Megan, for everything you do for NFE and for helping shape who we are today. 💜

We are excited to officially introduce the NFE Elite Values Program, centered around the five core values that define who we are both on and off the mat:

⭐ Excellence – Doing your best every day
⭐ Leadership – Being a positive influence on others
⭐ Integrity – Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching
⭐ Teamwork – Putting the team above yourself and supporting those around you
⭐ Effort – Bringing perseverance, discipline, and passion to everything you do

Beginning this season, these values will become an even bigger part of our culture.

Each month, we will recognize:

🏆 Elite Athlete of the Month from every All Star team and one athlete from our tumbling program. These athletes will consistently demonstrate all five Elite Values in their attitude, work ethic, and commitment to their teammates.

🏅 Elite Value Spotlights from each All Star team and recreational class. These athletes will be recognized for especially exemplifying one of our five core values during that month.

Our goal is to celebrate not only athletic achievement, but also the character, leadership, and dedication that make NFE special. We want our athletes to leave our gym with more than stronger skills—we want them to leave with values that will help them succeed in school, relationships, careers, and life.

We are excited to continue building a culture where athletes are recognized for who they are, not just what they can do.

What an incredible weekend spent learning, growing, and collaborating at Next Gen!

As a gym owner and coaches, our mission is always to pour everything we have into our athletes. But to keep giving our best, we have to keep learning from the best. Spending the weekend surrounded by some of the most passionate, forward-thinking minds in the industry was exactly the fuel we needed for Season 16!

We are coming home with:

💜Fresh perspectives on athlete development and training.
🎀New strategies to elevate our gym culture and operations.
💜Invaluable connections with a community of owners and coaches who share the same heart for this sport.

We always tell our athletes to stay hungry and keep leveling up, and we practice what we preach! We can’t wait to bring this energy, knowledge, and vision back to the gym this week and this season!

The future is bright, and we are just getting started. Let’s work! 🖤💜
