I use an app called trainerize that provides training videos, schedules, programs and information for clients. While many fitness coaches provide training in gyms or studios, online coaches have the flexibility of working anywhere, like their office, home or private gym, to provide training.

I also do in person training if you are in northern Florida I still do use the app for in person training
