If you look up "trauma recovery" online, you’ll find a lot of people bashing life coaches. They argue that coaches aren't licensed therapists and don't know what they're doing.
To be completely honest? I agree with some of it.
I am a Life Coach, and I am not a therapist. I don’t dig into childhood roots—that is a therapist's sacred ground, and I champion that work. But when it time comes to build a bridge toward the future, that is where coaching steps in.
After 20 years as a paramedic, I understand trauma from the inside out. I also know it as a person living with chronic PTSD. My journey had dark chapters, but every single step taught me how to regulate my nervous system and step out of panic. It allowed me to show up for people on the worst days of their lives, and it taught me how to show up for myself.
You don't have to navigate this transition alone. My 12-week program is built around a 3-Phase Predictable Path Out of the Dark. You aren’t broken; you are simply waiting to integrate who you were with who you are now.
