(Jeff Shawver) I got some World formula hot laps in. Track is coming in and it will take a while to clean off for sure. It feels racy with multiple lines for passing. The down hill and decreasing radius of the new pavet and cement has a super fast entry with multiple line options options in and out. The cement grip is very similar to the pavement. Curbing is doing its job but won't buck you off the inside line We have a few bumps to sort out on the right hand kink but is still racable. The right handers coming off the exention creates even more oportunity for passing in to the sweeper as the speed is higher and opens entry options on to the short strait. We now have 9 turns. Best lap time I could manage with the dirty track that I found on my Mychron 3 memory (when it worked) was a 34.1 but I know I had faster laps. My guess is that the 4 stroke classes will be 32 to 34 seconds. It amazing what 10 plus seconds does! It was a great day....

TIME TO REGISTER for race 1&2 Sunday double mains May 5th. We have our usual Saturday practice AFTER racing has concluded at Kart Idaho with the exception of Shifter Karts and New Driver orientations or 3 P.M. This is to allow fair practice time and so that both tracks don't step on each others toes. Please register now and pay when you check in on the 5th via venmo, on motorsportreg for $2 extra per entry or with cash or check. Again, payment is not due until check in and WONT be charged until check in so process your registration on MSR via the attahced link or the link on snakeriverkarters.com. And we SHOULD BE ON THE EXTENDED TRACK for race one barring any major issues. Anyone looking some fun Caldwell Indoor has a night for our Sportsman class!

Rules are the same as our sportsman rules so bring your kart as you would run it at Kart Idaho.

Only rule difference is the highest gear ratio allowed is 4.50. So 4.51 and up is illegal.

Also note this is not being ran by us it is being ran by Caldwell Indoor they are just using our rules package.

$30 entry official practice starts at 6:00!
