Join us this Memorial Day as we complete Murph in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Murph is more than a workout — it’s a tribute to courage, service, and sacrifice.

Workout:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run

Scaled options available for all fitness levels. Come challenge yourself, support each other, and honor the fallen with our community.

Come hang out tomorrow at Gem State Brewery from 4pm–7pm.

They’ll be releasing their “Resilience Rising” IPA, with a percentage of proceeds benefiting First Responders Mental Health Awareness through the Resilience Rising Non-Profit Organization.

Over the weekend, we hosted the Code 3 Clash, an unforgettable CrossFit competition with a purpose bigger than fitness. All proceeds went to support Resilience Rising, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the mental health of our First Responders.
