Precision Muzzle Threading - Done Right.

Every barrel that we thread is machined with precision and attention to detail. From 22s and hunting rifles to Precision rifles, we provide clean & concentric muzzle threading for proper fitment of muzzle brakes and suppressors.

We take the time to professionally indicate the bore and machine the threads dimensions to proper spec as well as finish the muzzle for a clean professional result.

Most of our standard threading jobs are completed within 3 days to a week. Depending on the barrel and our current workload.

Happy Friday everybody! The shop is heating up - literally.
A fresh batch of cerakote projects in the oven to wrap up the week.

1st is a Re*****on 700 that has had its barrel profled to accept an AEM24 collar / suppressor.

2nd is a batch of suppressors for a local manufacturer.

3rd is a Sig 320 slide we machined to accept a Romeo 1 Pro red dot. We then coated the slide and red dot guard in Troy coyote tan.

I modified this bottom bolt release savage action to accept a slide bolt release sear setup. A very simple but very cool little mod that came out looking like it came from the factory that way.

Did you know that we offer custom barrel profiling in house!
We can take a 1.25 blank down to just about any contour you may need.
In-House profiling helps us keep more options available to customers on faster timelines.

In this instance we Custom profiled a 9 lb blank down to a finished weight of 3 lb and 14 oz to help them make weight on an NRL hunter rifle build.
