Middle school wrapped up their season last night and the future is looking bright for Staples-Motley softball! It was so much fun to watch the girls improve every game and see their knowledge of the game grow as the season went on. It was a great season with a great group of girls! Thank you to our coaches Sam and Kelly!

Senior & parent night at our last home game of the regular season. Five years we have coached Brooke Converse, since we pulled her up to JV as an 8th grader. We have watched her grow immensely in her softball skills and as a leader. Congratulations to our senior and captain!!!

Exciting and busy week with Staples-Motley Softball! Today varsity won against Verndale, had a fantastic game, and played phenomenal defense. Yesterday was a double header at Crosby Ironton-despite a loss for both games, our ladies had very exciting games 2-7 and 7-8! Great defense both days!! Wadena tomorrow, LPGE and Pierz Thursday. Go Cardinals!! 🥎

Varsity got their first win of the season last night against Pine River Backus! JV had a great game as well losing 6-5. Shoutout to Jade Storry on a double with 4 RBI’s and Ali Olander for her double and 3 RBI’s!
