In the most recent edition of Fishing, Hunting, and Wildlife-Associated Recreation in Washington, a sweeping analysis of hunters, anglers and wildlife viewers put out by the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, current trends are pointing to some interesting conclusions.

Please take the REQUIRED HB1143 compliant class before arriving at the FFL for any purchase or pick up, it will save everyone time! It's still free and you're still welcome :-)

Remember, effective 1/1/24 there is now:

1) A non-refundable background check fee for each transaction submitted to Washington State Patrol.
2) A 10 business day wait for ALL fi****ms, frames, receivers, etc and its retroactive.
3) This safety training class certificate (HB1143 compliant).
4) Out of state dealers are required to follow Washington State Laws, that's federal law.
5) Your old 1639 certificate doesn't meet the 1143 requirements.

The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission's push to approve a new Conservation Policy for itself and WDFW appears to be going on pause after six tribes formally asked to consult with the state on the far-reaching guidance document.

This show is produced by some local guys, Arlington area, and could use some support. Predator management, in this case bears, needs to be highlighted. We need to grow predator hunting. Bears are tasty, abundant, and an untapped resource who's season is before most wing shooting.
