MHSAA D3 State Meet Information!
Arrival, Parking, and Ticketing
Spectator Entry: We strongly encourage you to tell your spectators to purchase tickets and parking ahead of time. This will significantly speed up the entry process. Here is a link to purchase tickets and parking: https://gofan.co/event/6559821?schoolId=MI10231
Traffic Flow: We will be shutting down Peach Ridge Avenue at 18 Mile heading south. Traffic will be formed into two lanes on Peach Ridge Avenue just past the entrance to our middle school to facilitate quick ticket validation and keep vehicles moving. PLEASE have your tickets purchased and pulled up on your phone!
Team Parking: All coaches and participants must enter Team Parking located off 17 Mile Rd. Please note that any coach who parks in the regular spectator areas will be charged for both admission and parking.
Infield and Coaching Rules
Infield Access: No coaches (except High Jump) are allowed on the infield during this year’s finals.
High Jump Coaches: Coaches for the High Jump can pick up a lanyard at the check-in tent (near the 35-yard line) to access the designated coaches' box. Once the event is concluded, coaches must exit the infield.
Athlete Warm-ups: Remind your athletes that the infield is for active warm-ups only. If they are not currently preparing for a race, they must remain off the infield.
Facility Information
Friday Inspection: The track will be open for inspection and workouts on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please respect the 4:00 p.m. -- 7:00 p.m. time frame. ALL field events will be closed. It might be best to park in the Team Parking area to familiarize yourself with this area, but also because we are hosting MHSAA Baseball Districts and the lot near the stadium might be full.
Pole Vault: Check-in will be held under the bleachers on the WEST side of the homestand from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Poles may be stored on our rack overnight.
Locker Rooms: Bathrooms and showers are available in the high school building. Access these through the doors under the red triangle, located just north of the stadium.
Meet Atmosphere and Awards
Medals: We will announce the top eight finishers from each event as soon as they are gathered at the medal stand and there is a break in the action.
Championship Spirit: We will be playing music throughout the day, recognizing last year’s champions, and referencing state records. I am also working on a dedicated phone number for you to report school records; if it is ready by Saturday, I will share it with you then.
Meet Monitor:
We have nearly 200 volunteers—including many students—giving their best to create a great environment. Please remind your parents to be patient and respectful.
If you have a concern, please seek out a registered official.
For specific questions, rule discrepancies, or to file an appeal, visit the Meet Monitor located under the tent near the gate on the northeast side of the stadium.
We are ALL giving a championship effort this Saturday and look forward to seeing the results of your team's hard work.
