The STAFF of Stanley The STAFF(Self-defense Training And Family Fitness) Offers a family oriented martial arts and fitness center as well as WASP (Warrior After School Program)

We are a family oriented Martial Arts school with classes for the whole family. Whether you're 3 or 103, we have a class for you. We currently offer:
-Little Dragon Classes- age 3-5yr olds
-Jr's Classes - age 6-13 yr. olds
-Adult Classes - age 13 yr and up
-Private Lessons - any age
-After School program with classes included
-Before School Care
