NO CLASS TONIGHT, Sunday, Sept 6th.

Working on up to a full schedule of classes for the week!!

DanceFit with Denise is adding an Eau Claire class at @ at 5pm. This 45–50-minute class will include some fun Zumba+Lift songs as well as Zumba Fitness to work those muscles as well as your heart! This free is brought to you by the Bethesda Fit-Rec program.

We will also have Zumba+Lift on Tuesday Stanley Area Dance Classes , Aqua Zumba on Saturday at the Stanley-Boyd High School Pool, and Sunday's class at Maple Grove Bible Church on Sept 13th.

It's OPEN!! It's OPEN!! The pool is open!! If you haven't tried out Aqua Zumba - you have missed out. This is the perfect time to try it out!! Come in supportive swimwear or just workout shorts and top! NO SWIMMING NECESSARY!! See you Saturday at 9am at the Stanley-Boyd Pool at the High School!

Sunday's class is cancelled with the holiday weekend keeping everyone busy!!

We will be having class tonight at Maple Grove Bible Church at 6:30pm. A combination class of Zumba+Lift and Zumba Fitness to an Inspirational playlist.

Tuesday's 45-minute Zumba+Lift is at 5:00pm (TIME CHANGE FOR JUST THIS WEEK!)

We are STILL waiting for the pool to open - sending good vibes for the first Saturday in September!!

We will have class tonight at at 6:30pm. This class is a combination of Zumba+Lift (you can do no weights, use my 1lb or 2.5lb weights, or bring your own) and Zumba Fitness class using inspirational music to move you throughout the class.

Tuesday's Zumba+Lift is also on the schedule - 45 minutes of Lifting and Cardio to some pretty awesome tunes! at 4:30pm.

We are still waiting for the pool to reopen....😎 it shouldn't be too long!!

Yes - we are still waiting for the pool to open....🙁

But, while you wait - you can always hit up the Sunday evening class at 6:30pm Maple Grove Bible Church! This combination Zumba+Lift and Zumba Fitness class uses inspiring music to get you moving!! As always, let me know by Saturday night if you are thinking of attending - I announce class on Sunday morning and even if you didn't RSVP with me, if the class is on the schedule, anyone can attend!
