This week’s schedule, find your calm in the beautiful chaos.

I truly hope everyone gets to turn their face to the wonderful sunshine we're getting this week! Get outside every chance you can!

~ For classes this week, outside is an option any chance we can get as well! Inside, we'll have all the cozy feels after the sun goes down. Our focus is continuing with viveka - discernment. Taking time to evaluate what's real for ourselves on the mat, and not trying to force what isn't. Off the mat, using this thought process to help us slow down and make decisions that are best for us, and our families. Both on and off the mat, this is easier said than done, but it's better to try than always rush through.

~ Pose focus: ustrasana (camel) this back bend can be done in so many ways, and feels so good to open your heart after a long day. From a chair, seated, or one side at a time, we'll lead into this one so it feels good to you.

CALLING ALL BOYS

7th Grade - Seniors in HS

Listen - we've got to get you all in the same gym, at the same time - so we can determine who wants to compete and what that entails! Looking at a season December-Feb to prep for the FIRST EVER Spring School Season (for West & Community)!

At Flight, we've been committed to growing the game for three years now & we want what is best for all of these athletes! The fact is that we've got a wide range of talented athletes across Central IL & we need to collectively pull together in creative ways to ensure athletes are growing and evolving!

Please bring chairs & share with your friends! This meeting is for PARENTS AND ATHLETES to attend.

Also - if you are interested in helping us grow the game and would like to help coach these young men - please reach out to Coach Aimee ASAP (messenger is fine).
