Really good morning, got this one to take a bite. My CRamsey Custom Rod 7’ Medium / Fast handled the job very well. Quick hook set and the backbone to never loose tension during the fight.

Well, funny story. Awhile back saw a gentleman fishing with a Shakespeare Ultra light rod with his kids. He set it down, I asked what the little rig was, he explained the story to it and how he has had so much fun fishing with it. He gave me permission to pick up and take a look. So I did. After that, the thought of building never left my mind. This is the aftermath of thought.

A great afternoon, delivered a rod to a great customer and friend. Did a scheme close to the colors of his boat, and so fun to do.

To the rod specs: 7’3” Medium Heavy / Fast, EVA Split grip, American Tackle reel seat, American Tackle TiForged guides, American Tackle S2 hook keeper. It’s light and cast great!

Grab this one, it’s great build for the angler looking for lightweight, accurate casting, and patriotic color scheme. OEM Torray Carbon blank, 7’0” Medium / Fast in DARK BLUE.

One of personal favorites in rod blanks. Use it a lot for a couple of techniques. Texas Rig, and Chick Magnet Junior Crankbaits. $180.00
