🚨 UPDATE FROM THE SMARTY BABY TRAINING DEPARTMENT 🚨

Remember Cupcake? The long-eared, four-legged professional we hired to help train this year’s Smarty babies? 😂🫏

Well, apparently, her resume just got a little more impressive. 🏆

She went from teaching the babies patience to giving riding lessons, and honestly… we haven’t even finished her performance review yet. 🤣

Meanwhile, the human employees are just trying to keep up. 🤦‍♀️😂

But in all seriousness, THIS is what we love about life on the farm. ❤️ Good animals, good kids, and the kind of memories you just can’t manufacture.

Around here, we believe the best things you can build in a horse or a kid are the same: a good mind, a willing heart, confidence, patience, and the grit to keep trying when things get hard. ❤️ Whether we're raising Smarty babies or our own farm kids, we're big believers in letting them learn, make mistakes, build trust, and grow into the best versions of themselves. And sometimes, the best teachers have the longest ears. 😉

If there’s trouble on this farm, Cupcake probably has a meeting scheduled with it. 😂 Stay tuned for her next questionable career move!

😂🐴 CHATGPT HAS OFFICIALLY GONE TOO FAR… OR NOT FAR ENOUGH?! 🤣

This week’s ChatGPT fun turned our favorite red roan stud into his very own stuffed animal! Complete with his own toy box and branding.

We’ve got Smarty babies taking over the arenas, learning life lessons from donkeys, and now apparently taking over the toy aisle, too! 😂

Be honest… WHO WOULDN’T WANT A LITTLE SMARTY STUFFIE?!

Danny might be wondering what I’m feeding ChatGPT at this point. 🤣🍉

Drop a 🍉 in the comments if you’d buy one! And tell us… should we make this a REAL thing?! 👀👇

Everyone wants to get in on the c**t training this year! 😂🐴

What better way to teach a baby how to be a good horse than taking a few notes from old man Leaner’s book! Daxton and his trusty old partner are showing this baby the ropes, and we’re here for it. ❤️

Sometimes the best teachers have four legs and a whole lot of years behind them! 🐴

Our c**t training looks a little different this year, and we LOVE it! 😂🐴

Cupcake is taking her job very seriously, teaching patience with patience. ❤️ 24 hours in, and we can already see what all the hype is about!

There’s something pretty special about a good teacher, even if she does have four legs and long ears. 🫏

Smarty babies are bred to be willing, adaptable, and ready to take on whatever job you point them toward. From the arena to the ranch and everything in between, we love raising horses that are willing to learn and try anything!

A good mind goes a long way! 🤎🐴

Another Smarty baby out there doing what they were bred to do! 🔥🐴

We love seeing these babies grow up and prove just how versatile they can be. From the barrel pen to the roping arena, ranch work to the show pen, a good horse can take you in so many directions.

That’s what we love about Smarty’s babies. Athletic, versatile, and ready to go whatever direction their people choose. We’re breeding for more than just one event. We’re breeding horses with the ability to do a little bit of everything. 🤎

Keep them coming! We love seeing what these Smarty babies are up to! 👏

There’s something special about seeing Smarty babies out there doing what they were bred to do.

A beautiful mind, a willing partner, and that unmistakable Smarty look! We love seeing our babies grow up and become the kind of horses people are proud to swing a leg over.

Thank you to our customers for trusting Smarty to be part of your program. We can’t wait to see what these babies accomplish!

Congratulations to K’lyn Smith on the first 2026 foal purchase of the year!

We hope you have a blast with this Smarty X Mr Jess Perry filly 🐴

We see big things in your future with her!

There’s nothing quite like pulling into a barrel race and spotting not one... but TWO Smarty babies competing. ❤️

Moments like these remind us why we started this journey in the first place. Our dream has always been bigger than raising great horses—it’s been about watching them become part of the stories, memories, and dreams of families who love this western lifestyle as much as we do.

Seeing Smarty's offspring doing what they were bred to do is incredibly rewarding, and we can't wait to watch even more of them grow, compete, and make lifelong partners for horse-crazy kids and adults alike.

If you have a Smarty baby, we'd love to see them! Drop a photo in the comments and tell us what they're up to. 👇🐴
