Our hearts are broken, and we ask God to wrap His arms around the Guoan family, giving them strength, comfort, and peace during this incredibly difficult time.
As a family whose life's also revolve around racing, we find some comfort in knowing that Jerod passed doing what he loved most.
What we do know is that the Guoan family did not deserve to lose Jerod. They are one of the most kind, loving, and giving families you could ever meet. Their impact on so many lives is a testament to the incredible people they are.
Jerod will be deeply missed by countless friends, family members, and fellow racers. His memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Please keep the Guoan family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
