Caroline Adams Nutrition, fitness and life balance I am a stay at home mom of 2 who loves to run. Running is my passion and if momma don't run ain't nobody happy!

I am active in my children's PTO and love to volunteer. As a military spouse I discovered a passion for traveling and love too meet new people. Staying active and great nutrition is super important to me. In home programs have proved super convenient and provide me with a "no excuse" to workout mentality.
