We need MORE LIFEGUARDS to apply, or pool hours may be altered for the summer!

1.) Applications are now available for life guard positions at the Stafford swimming pool!
•You must turn 15 by the end of May to apply. •Applications are available at the city office, and we will try to get some to the school office.
•Completed applications are due on May 1st by 5:00 pm.
•Even if you have been employed at the pool before, you must re-apply. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Just like opening weekend to the season, our last weekend is cool & damp! Due to temperatures under 75° & rain showers throughout the day, the pool will not open today 8/30. We will try again tomorrow!

UPDATE!!!! Another storm is approaching calling it a no swim day!!! Hopefully we can see you next weekend for the final swim days of the season!!!

Wow.... this weather is great!!!! We are going to reasses the conditions for swimming at 3 pm !!! Remember, the air temperature needs to be 75°!!!
