You have been a special part of our GB Stafford family, and we are grateful for the time, friendship, and memories we shared on and off the mats.

What a special day at Gracie Barra Stafford.

We started with an amazing seminar led by Professora Glaucia Braga, sharing her knowledge and experience with our team.

After the seminar, we celebrated our Belt Ceremony, honoring the hard work and dedication of our students as they took the next step in their Jiu-Jitsu journey.

Every promotion represents more than a new belt. It represents discipline, resilience, growth and the support of training partners, coaches and families along the way.

Congratulations to Seth and Kwaku. We are proud of you and excited to see you continue growing on and off the mats.

Competition Season Has Officially Started.

This week marked the beginning of our Competition Team training camp as we prepare for two major events ahead: the PBJJF Pan American Championship and the IBJJF Virginia Open.

Success on competition day is built long before stepping onto the mats. It comes from consistent training, attention to detail, supporting your teammates, and showing up when it matters most.

We have athletes of all ages and experience levels working together toward a common goal: becoming better versions of themselves through Jiu-Jitsu.

The journey continues. One class, one round, one improvement at a time.

Memorial Day Open Mat ✅

We had 1.5 hours of solid Jiu-Jitsu, great rounds, and true brotherhood on the mats. Thank you to everyone who came to train, support the team, and help build the culture.

Not everyone made it into the final photo since a few people had to leave early, but the energy was there the whole time.
