The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center, JRSSC, is a state-of-the-art 76,000 square foot facility that houses a 50-meter competition pool with movable bulkhead and 800 spectator seats, a 25-yard recreation pool, a heated therapy pool, a group exercise studio, a fitness center, a full size basketball court, a cycling studio, and a cafe to serve guests. The Rouse Center offers group exercise classes including Yoga, Zumba, Body Shred, Cardio Kickbox, Total Strength, Water Aerobics, Cycling and more. We also offer swimming lessons, lifeguard certification, league play for adults, youth basketball and soccer, personal training, summer camps, and child care for kids ages 10 weeks old - 12 years old while you work out!
