Accakeek Sportsman Club

Accakeek Sportsman Club We are a family oriented non-profit organization. We are not your normal hunt club. Accakeek Sportsman Club has a great deal of involvement with the community.

We are commited to teaching youth the outdoors, respecting the environment and property owner wishes. In the past we have been involved with the Annual Christmas Eve Food Drive for the Rappahannock Council on Domestic Violence Battered Women's Shelter, raised money for injured Game Warden, raised money for the March of Dimes, and numerous other events. We also have sponsored Hunter Educations Classes. We oversee land for landowners with posting, gates maintaining roads and trash clean up.

This Friday 2/6 we are open. Come out and have some friendly competition with some good people. Practice is at 6 and the shoot starts at 7. Woodstove will be cranked up and the kitchen will be open and there will be a raffle as well.

First place for the year goes to Bryan Butler! 2nd place Heather Butler and 3rd place is Jacob Tolson. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us throughout the year. We will be closed for the remainder of this year and will reopen on January 9th 2026. Have a safe and fun hunting season!

Another good season comes to an end. Awesome day at the mountain in Nelson county. Congratulations to Jason Tolson on a good buck and a special congratulations to Ryder Pritt on his first deer! Lots of good times with some good people. Dogs and drivers put in a lot of hard work all season. Thanks to Caleb Newton for cooking lunch today, it’s not very often you get steak while you’re deer hunting lol. Until next year stay safe.
