In this heartfelt poem, “A Mother’s Promise,” I wanted to share a deeply personal promise to my daughter, Payton as a reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish. It’s one of the greatest gifts we can give to the people who love us.

Help us Congratulate Santé’s July Member of the Month – Laura Lybarger!

We are so excited to congratulate Laura on being named Santé’s July Member of the Month!

Laura joined the Santé family in May and made a commitment to herself to show up, stay consistent, and put in the hard work. In just three months, she has attended more than 50 classes, a true testament to her dedication and determination.

Laura isn’t just an inspiration inside the studio; she’s also an integral part of our Stafford community. Her witty personality, positive attitude, and contagious energy make her an incredible workout partner and a valued member of the Santé family.

She even recently requested that we add the clean and press to our workout circuits because, in her words, it makes her feel like a total badass and we absolutely love that confidence!
