Middle School Timberwolves, you're up! Wolfpack Morning Workouts start Monday, April 13th!

Our annual morning workout crew is for 7th and 8th grade future Tualatin Timberwolf athletes! Come get stronger and faster with your teammates, classmates and friends. Gain confidence before you join the Tualatin High School Strength & Conditioning Program by learning the basics with Coach Woody Toms!

I highly encourage ALL athletes to sign up! Varsity teams at Tualatin (and some college teams across our nation) are littered with former Morning Workout attendees!

Cost per athlete is $200 for 8 weeks(!!) of training. Financial aid is available and encouraged to those who are in need.

I’m grateful for the lessons we learned, the trials we faced and the successes we had. The is a fraternity that lasts a lifetime and I am proud of the chapter we wrote this season!
