Four teams. One purpose: development through futsal.

This past weekend in OKC, our players competed with grit, intelligence, and intent. Each age group had a clear focus:

2015s – learning through play + individual technique
2014s – building chemistry and consistency with a developing roster
2013s – tactical awareness and role responsibility
2012/11s – competing at a high level while integrating new players

At Heart and Sole, we don’t just coach to win, we coach to build players who win the right way. Futsal is our tool, and tournaments like this are part of the process.

We teach in phases:
Technique → Tactics → Collective decision-making

Always through our core methodology: Perception → Decision → Ex*****on

WORLD CHAMPIONS 🏆⚽️

Heart & Sole 2011/10, playing as Nexus Fútbol Academy, are the 2025 United Futsal World Champions in Orlando, FL!

This incredible team showed heart, grit, and unity—coming back from a 2-6 deficit in the final to tie the game and fight until the very end to claim the title. Every player stepped up and contributed to a championship performance.

Over the last two tournaments, the boys have gone undefeated with 16 wins and 1 draw—a true testament to their hard work, talent, and competitive spirit.

It’s a joy to watch them grow, compete, and represent the game with class and intensity.

Exciting Opportunity for a 2010/09 Female Player! ⚽️🔥

We’re thrilled to extend a unique invitation to our Houston community!

A rare spot has opened for a 2010/09 female player to join our MAD Cup team in Madrid, Spain, from June 20th–25th. This last-minute opportunity arose due to a late cancellation, and we’re looking for a passionate and talented player to fill this spot.

This is not a club team—it’s a special experience where players from different clubs in Cataluña come together to compete at a high level in an 11v11 format. The age group is combined 2010/2009, marking the beginning of their 11v11 journey.

We’re proud to share that we already have a Nexus female player from Houston joining the team, and we’re also bringing selected boys from Nexus to compete in the boys’ division—demonstrating our commitment to creating opportunities and experiences for our players.
