💯👏 we have all been there at some point in our life, thank you, Katie for letting everyone know they are not alone and it’s OK❤️
Im balanced on one foot, kicking above my head, leading a class, commanding the deck. Nobody looking at this image would guess that the person in it is carrying stress, uncertainty, self-doubt, or the weight of a difficult season.
But that’s often what strength looks like. Some days strength isn’t crushing a workout.
Some days strength is simply showing up.
Showing up when your heart feels heavy.
Showing up when the future feels uncertain.
Showing up when stress is louder than confidence.
Showing up when you’d rather pull the covers over your head and try again tomorrow.
This photo captures a powerful moment, but what it doesn’t show is everything happening behind the scenes.
The doubts.
The questions.
The exhaustion.
The prayers.
The waiting.
I’ve learned that courage isn’t the absence of fear.
It’s taking the next step anyway.
Some days we feel like superheroes.
Some days we feel like we’re barely holding it together.
Both versions of you deserve credit.
So if today feels hard, keep showing up.
One workout.
One class.
One conversation.
One prayer.
One step at a time.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to keep moving forward.
And sometimes, that’s the strongest thing you’ll do all day. 💙
