Rainy night, small turnout, and somehow last nights practice ended up being one of the most fun.

Varsity all the way down to our 3 year olds got mixed into groups and were told to create their own cheer with very little help and a whole lot of creative freedom.

The result? A little chaos, a lot of teamwork, and some pretty impressive cheers

Not exactly what was on the practice plan, but definitely one of those nights we’ll remember.

A little Sunday appreciation post…
Today was Book Signing Day — one of those behind-the-scenes days that most families probably never see, but that takes a TON of work to get ready for. Rosters, paperwork, binders, certifications, signatures… all the little details that have to be right before our teams can take the field.

This year, Ashley stepped into our Registration Coordinator position after the season was already underway, and I’m not sure anyone truly realizes what an undertaking that job is until they’re in it.
But today, she walked into book signing and got EVERY one of our books signed off, with only two tiny things left to clean up.

THAT IS HUGE!

Ashley, thank you for jumping in, figuring it out as you went, putting in the hours behind the scenes, and getting us where we needed to be. We appreciate you more than you know.

And honestly, it’s also a perfect reminder of just how much goes on behind the scenes to make the Stafford Bulldogs happen.

This entire program runs on volunteers.

Our board members, coaches, team parents, registration, equipment, concessions, fundraising, field help, and all the people doing a million little things that most people will never even know happened — they’re doing it because they care about these kids and this program.

There are no paid staffs making all of this happen. It’s parents, grandparents, coaches and community members giving up their nights, weekends and free time.

So while today’s extra-big THANK YOU goes to Ashley for absolutely crushing Book Signing Day, we are so incredibly thankful for every single person who gives their time to the Bulldogs

* Tuesday: Regular practice time
* Wednesday: 5:30–7:30 PM
* Thursday: 5:30–7:30 PM
* Friday: NO PRACTICE

STARTING NEXT WEEK:
Practices will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5:30–7:30 PM

CHEER VARSITY, C, D teams-
*Tuesday:6-7:30.
*Wednesday:6-7:30

Cheer Uniform Handouts Tomorrow!
You should have all received a message in game changer about uniforms.
If you can not make it to your time slot please reach out as soon as possible to a coach to set up another time.
BOWS are here! They are so so good this year, please remember it’s $10 for bows ($5 each) so bring cash or have Venmo available please! You keep the bows after the season and this helps us offset costs as we are getting custom bows now and are trying to keep registration costs down.

Pre order cups sale closes tomorrow after the last girl gets their uniform! If you need a cup let us know!!!

ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE BY THE 25th!

If you sent your paperwork in during registration online please double check with Ashley our registration Cordinator. We are having a lot of trouble with our online system (it’s currently getting a complete overhaul so we ARE working on it!) let’s just make sure you are all set.

If you’re not sure what or if you owe anything please check with Ashley or your team mom.
