The first leaderboard is in! Check out where you stand! And congrats to all our grade winners: Lenore Passer, Harper Kuhlman, Hope Bozelle, Callie Hamann, Bailee Eisenschenk, and Carolyn Lombard on leading your grade. You will all receive raffle tickets for a drawing to be done at a Varsity Girls Basketball game this winter. If you started, but didn't submit your form to Coach Patterson or haven't started at all it's not too late! Check out the rules and the link to the tracking form to get started today! June 30th is the next day to submit!

Reminder - today is the first day to turn in your daughter’s summer shots and dribbling minutes. Just email a photo or screenshot to Coach Patterson at [email protected].

If your daughter hasn’t started there is still plenty of time to catch up just take a look at the last post for more details!

Viking Skills Academy Girls Basketball Grades K-8

The Vikings Girls Basketball Club is offering a great opportunity for our girls to stay active while focusing on the fundamentals of basketball this Spring and Summer, giving them the best chance possible to develop their basketball skills while falling in love with the game.

Volunteer Coaches will lead Girls K-8 in skills including shooting, ball handling, and passing in a fun skill based environment. These workouts will be designed to benefit those that are currently playing basketball or those who would like to start playing.

Cost: $35 per Spring / Summer session

Spring session: Thursdays from 7-8 pm, April 16 - May 28

Summer Session: Thursdays from 7-8 pm, June 11 – July 30 (excluding July 2nd)

Location: North Branch High School West Gym

Hello North Branch Vikings Girls!!!!!

🏀 What an incredible season for our basketball club!

From the first practice to the final tournament, the growth, teamwork, and heart shown by every girl has been something truly special to watch. We are so proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and dedication these girls brought to the court all season long.

While this season has wrapped up, we’re just getting started to prepare for next season. Be on the lookout for some exciting opportunities, events, and skill-building fun coming your way this spring/summer through Community Ed. We can’t wait to keep the momentum going!

Thank you to our players, coaches, and families for an amazing season … the best is yet to come! 🖤❤️🏀

Our 2025-2026 North Branch Vikings girls Basketball Club. Grades 3rd-6th. So proud of all our girls and the season they’ve had. They showed grit, growth, and heart every single game, and it was our honor to watch them compete and support one another. The wins mattered, but the lessons and memories will last longer. On behalf of the Board and all the coaches thank you for the support this season and we look forward to having them all back next year. To our girls the work doesn’t stop here. Keep the game going in this offseason,stay on the court, keep pushing each other, and keep falling in love with the game of basketball. The next season skills starts now.
