May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day and in the days that followed. 🇺🇸

The gym is open today, and all classes will run as regularly scheduled.

First Level 4 meet of the season is in the books! 💪💙
Our Fierce Five showed up, put the nerves aside, and gave it everything they had. Lots of lessons learned, lots to take back to the gym, and so much to be proud of!
The biggest win? A 3-point team improvement over last year’s season opener! 👏
We’re just getting started. Back to the gym, back to work, and ready to keep building from here. Proud of these five and excited to see what this season brings! 🤸‍♀️✨

The gym will be CLOSED this Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.
There will be no classes or practices on Monday. We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend, and we’ll see you back in the gym Tuesday! 🤸‍♀️✨

🚨 NUT-FREE FACILITY REMINDER 🚨

Peanuts were found inside the gym today.

Grit & Grace is a STRICTLY NUT-FREE facility due to athletes with severe, life-threatening anaphylactic allergies.

Please DO NOT bring peanuts, tree nuts, or any foods containing nuts into the gym. This applies to athletes, parents, siblings, and guests.

Please check all snacks and food before entering the gym. This is not simply a preference. It is a matter of athlete safety.

Thank you for helping us keep ALL of our athletes safe. 🩷
