Team Camp 2026 ✔️💙🩷🖤
What an incredible week of growth, laughter, and team bonding! From dress-up days and new skills to water slide fun and making memories with teammates, this week was about so much more than athletics.
We watched athletes step outside their comfort zones, celebrate each other's successes, and build friendships that will carry them through the season ahead. A special thank you to Doc & NeNe's Shave Ice for helping us wrap up the week with a cool treat! 🍧
We're proud of the hard work, positive attitudes, and heart these athletes brought every single day. The season is just getting started, and we can't wait to see where it takes us!

Our recreational classes will be canceled on Friday, June 5 so our coaches and staff can enjoy a well-deserved evening at our End of Season Banquet! 💙
The following classes will not meet:
• 2:15 PM Pre-K
• 3:00–4:00 PM Pre-K + Kindergarten
• 4:00–5:00 PM Rec 1
• 5:00–6:00 PM Rec 1/2
Need a makeup class? No worries! Athletes may attend any similar class through August 1.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the incredible coaches who help make Grit & Grace such a special place. We can't wait to celebrate them! ✨

Be sure to save the calendar, check the updated Saturday times, and grab your spots early for parties and open gyms because they fill FAST! 🤸‍♀️

Grit & Grace Athletics Team Camp is officially OPEN to gymnasts from other gyms!
✔️ Open to all USAG gymnasts�✔️ Must have competed a Bronze season (or higher)�✔️ Skill work, conditioning, drills & confidence building�✔️ A fun but hardworking training environment
🗓 June 1–5, 2026�⏰ 8:30AM–2:30PM�💲 $350 per camper�📌 Payment due by June 1, 2026

NEW Saturday Schedule:
🖤 9:15-10:15am — PreK+K (Ages 3.5-6)
🖤 10:15-11:15am — Rec Level 1/2 (Ages 5-12)

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸
At Grit & Grace Athletics, we are especially grateful for the many military families who are part of our gym family. Your sacrifice, strength, and service never go unnoticed.
As we enjoy time with our families today, may we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Designed for ages 5–10 with special needs/unique abilities, this class offers guided activities, movement, and play in a fun and welcoming environment.
