I am so glad you have joined me here at Firefly Revolution Fitness & Nutrition! I have struggled with self esteem and body image issues for most of my life. I played sports all my youth, as a result I have always enjoyed physical fitness. After college I found myself sick often and had gained weight over the years. I was overweight, unhealthy and ready for a change. My husband and I decided to mak

e our 2011 New Year's resolution to become healthier. As a challenge, we quit our gym memberships and started P90X. We both loved it, despite me sustaining a knee injury during it (remember I said I wasn't healthy!). Rehabbing my knee educated me on the importance of stretching, exercise and how to really push to reach goals. Since physical therapy, I have completed several Beachbody programs and have had great results with them all! Fast forward to Spring of 2014, I became very interested in the newest Beachbody program PiYo. It was going to be no-impact, which I loved for my knee and as a fusion of pilated and yoga, I knew it would be challenging. Plus, I learned SO much more about nutrition and how to fuel your body properly. This is where I met Leslie Davis (my Beachbody coach) and truly fell in love with everything this company has to offer everyone. Now I have decided to embrace my passion for fitness and I want to help others! I would love to help you get started on your journey to fitness and nutrition.
