TONIGHT!
It's time to get TORCHED.
Join the class at 6:30 in our private FB room for a live video workout that will torch every muscle in your body, blast fat and leave you sweaty and energized.

The Torch workout incorporates light weights combined with dance-inspired movements that are extremely effective in sculpting lean muscle mass and toning the entire body.

We also use 'high' heels (minimum of an inch high) during certain parts of the workout to help shape those calves, inner thighs and b***y. And WHEW - you'll feel the burn! (Don't have any shoes with an inch or more heel? That's ok: there are modifications for the exercises.)

What you'll need: two 3-lb weights (or two, 32-oz water bottles filled with water).
A yoga mat.
Heeled shoes (if you have any).
A chair (preferably with no arm rests).
(Ladies that wish to join the class tonight must request FREE membership to the Torch Workout Group and I'll add you.)
