☀️🌭 Our potluck picnic was a great time! Despite the heat, our boxers and their cornerpeople came together to enjoy some delicious food and even better company. ❤️🥊

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer, Tom Redmond, for manning the grill in the heat and serving up some fantastic barbecue! 🔥👏

The food was wonderful, but the laughs, conversations, and time spent together were the best part. 😊🍉🎉

☀️ With summer approaching, Rock Steady Boxing STL-Fenton is looking for volunteers! ☀️

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students to earn service hours while making a real difference in the lives of people living with Parkinson’s disease.

We are looking for volunteers who are:
🥊 Energetic and encouraging
🥊 Comfortable helping during fitness classes
🥊 Able to assist with setting up equipment and cleaning up
🥊 Friendly and willing to motivate and support our boxers

No boxing experience is necessary — just a positive attitude and a willingness to help!
