Titanium Fitness Titanium Fitness was formed in 2014 by Chuck Beckham and Diana Matthews Beckham. They live by the motto 'Strengthen Your Body...Strengthen Your Mind'.

our life. It does not matter if your are trying to shed 10 lbs to 100 lbs, gain muscle or lose fat. Each time your body progresses so does your mind. Titanium Fitness brings to the table a logical, effective, and safe fitness plan for each individual regardless of goals, age, or current fitness level. 💔 It’s hard when one of our own needs strength from us.

Coach Dominic is usually the person supplying the strength around here.

As our Gym Manager, full-time coach, and tenured leader, he has spent years building up our community's physical and mental health.

Right now, he is preparing for major heart surgery, and he needs us to lend him some of that strength back. 💪

Because he will be off the gym floor recovering, we want to make sure financial stress is the last thing on his mind.

Every single Tuesday at 5:45 AM, while most people are still sleeping, our Runners Group is on the floor getting it done.

This week, they took on a full-body strength session to bulletproof their joints, build power, and protect their summer miles.

Doing this alone is tough. Doing it at 5:45 AM with a community that pushes you, laughs with you, and holds you accountable? That's the secret to unstoppable consistency.

Master Your Squat. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Want a stronger, more powerful lower body for summer? It takes more than just adding weight to the bar. You need to train different mechanical traits. And in a hurry, this is all you need for Leg Day!

Coach Nick is taking you through a complete three-tiered squat breakdown designed to build pure force, fix weak spots, and develop explosive power:

🧠 1. The Foundation: Heavy Squats
The Work: 6 sets x 3 reps (@ RPE 8)
The Focus: Pure mechanical ex*****on and building heavy, raw strength.

⏱️ 2. The Weak-Spot Fixer: Pause Squats
The Work: 3 sets x 3 reps (@ RPE 7)
The Focus: Dropping the weight slightly and pausing at the bottom to eliminate weak links.

⚡ 3. The Engine: Speed Squats
The Work: 3 sets x 4 reps (@ RPE 6)
The Focus: Moving a lighter weight with maximum acceleration to develop speed and force.

This is exactly how we keep making progress during our June maintenance phase—by training smart, focusing on technique, and building functional power.
