Even though we wrapped up the Open, still more to go!

Had so many push themselves and improve from last year. Community came out awesome to support each other, and because of that push some of our athletes have made it to the next round of Quarterfinals!

All results are unofficial until the invites are sent but we had quite a few athletes make it to the next round!

We will be posting more info as it comes!

The Open is upon us! Here are your Friday Night Lights themes:

Feb.27 - Gangster’s Paradise: Dress as your favorite genre of badass.

March 6 - Black out/Glow Up: Dress in all black (or neons) and we will glow you up.

March 13 - Vacation Vibes: You went (or plan to), you had a blast, you bought the t-shirt, hat, or very specific outfit that you cannot wear in real life. This is your moment!

Come hang out, cheer on your R2L family and participate in the open. Whether you’re a registered athlete with CrossFit.com or not, you can participate, be judged and see where you stack up. It’s all for fun and to bring together our community, we hope to see you all there!

They say showing up is half the battle, but staying is because of the people around you.

This space is so much more than just a 60-minute workout class.

It’s the small conversations in between sets that turn into lifelong friendships.

It’s the roar of cheering from across the room when someone is fighting for that last rep.

It’s the quiet satisfaction of improving every single week—not just in the numbers on the bar, but in the mindset we bring to it.

Most of all, it’s showing up and doing the hard things together.

Lifting each other up, literally and figuratively.
