Pack your bags and check this thing out! Very unique and great family friendly place to spend your countless hours of misery! You get to see some serious dogs in this competition. It’s crazy to see what the body is capable of!

Saturday, June 20, 8 am. If you live close and want to check out the trail before race day, come on over. A few runners are planning to be here that morning and all are welcome. If that day doesn't work for you but you would still like a practice run, let me know and we can work out another day and time.

Shoutout to FIT BY G for letting us stop in and get one last workout in before show day on Saturday.

Really appreciate them hanging our All In Transformation banner in the gym. We knocked out our InBody scans, got some cardio finished up, and checked a few more boxes heading into the weekend.

Always good being around people that support the vision and the grind. Now it’s time to finish strong. 💪🫡

This is what it looks like when someone just does the work. Results don’t come from perfect conditions…they come from commitment.

This kid is in high school.
Busy schedule, life, responsibilities… just like anyone else.

He started with me at the beginning of March, and now he’s 3 weeks out from his first bodybuilding show.

No complaints.
No excuses.
Just coachable.

He shows up, follows the plan, and executes day in and day out.

He listens. He applies. He works

The progress speaks for itself, but what stands out even more is his mindset. That’s what will take him far beyond this first show.

Most people just want the results and not actually willing to put in the time and effort to get them.

Proud of you man. Let’s finish strong 💪🏻

It doesn’t hurt that he has Nate in his corner over at one of the best gyms around.
