Dinner doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes simple is better! Chop up some potatoes (I used red), and add some chicken and green beans (fresh cut up or frozen). Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and some olive over all. Bake at 350* for 1-1.25 hours. Enjoy!
