Good luck to everyone running tomorrow in the Frostbite Series race! If you are interested, the races tomorrow are a 5k and 20k and start at 9am each and start at the Forest Park Visitor Center.

The banquet is tonight at 7PM in the theater! Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend!

The banquet is tomorrow night at 7PM in the theater! Make sure you give Alyssa $5 so she can get the coaches gift and make sure you give Travis song suggestions for the video! You don't want his taste of music in that video... trust me.

Travis is getting pictures and songs together for the slide show to show at the banquet. Send pictures to him and song suggestions if you want them to be in the video. Everyone will be in the video because he took pictures of everyone at every meet, but if you have any extra pictures that you would like to include, that would be great! Thanks!
