There’s a healing power in creation we often overlook.

Being present in the moment, soaking in the sights and sounds, absorbing the smells and your sense of touch as you ground yourself with the Earth.

The energy of the place you’re in will transfer to you and reach into the depths of your soul, when you’re open to it.

You just have (GET) to slow down for a moment and let it happen.

Creation has a way of offering your heart and soul the reset you’re longing for.

So take the detour. Go for a walk. Touch the trees. Kick your shoes off and get your feet dirty… and wet.

You were made for this. This was made for you. ❤️‍🔥

There’s something special about showing up and rooting for your team.

Tonight, it just happens to be under the lights at Arrowhead Stadium for the home opener.

We’ve been fans and ticket holders for three decades…through some great times recently and some harder times before these past six years.

Through the wins, the losses, the great plays and the ones that make you yell at the field, you stick with your people.

Life could use a little more of that.

* Find your people.
* Show up for them.
* Cheer loud when they win.
* Encourage them when they’re struggling.
* And remind them you’re still in their corner when things don’t go their way.

Everybody needs somebody rooting for them.

BE that somebody.
