Phoenix A+ Coaching is a unique personal training company in the St. Louis area that caters to a variety of fitness levels. We strive to make our facility a culture of making exercise fun and functional, by making PAC a getaway from everyday life while developing friendships, self-confidence and a sense of community all under one roof. We put the personal in personal training through our individualized programming and adapting training to fit each person’s needs in and out of the gym.

Brian Has been coming to PAC for about two months now. He is a part of the local St. Louis Gaelic sports community, and has been working hard over his time at PAC to improve his abilities in the sports.

Just last week Spence retested his Speed agility and quickness tests and smashed all his previous records.

1. More sets doesn’t automatically mean more growth.

This is where people mess it up.

They think:

10 sets = good
15 sets = better
20 sets = best

No.

If half those sets are soft, distracted, rushed, or nowhere near failure…

they’re not helping much.

You’re not building more muscle.

You’re just doing more work.
