At REFIT®️ we have an amazing time together as we move our bodies! The music is uplifting and powerful! The prayer and chat time end our REFIT®️ hour and helps start Saturday in just the right way.

It’s always a great day for REFIT®️! Today was even better because Joy, a REFIT®️ instructor from Oklahoma, visited my class!
The hoots and hollers, squats and jumps, praise and reflection - they were the best way to start a Saturday morning!
