Let’s SWING into the new week together! Join me for Monday Meltdown (45 min) 5:15pm Join me for a total body workout that runs through various timed stations. We’ll incorporate all of my favorite fitness toys into your workout! Battle ropes, Slam balls, kettlebells, jump ropes, barbells, and more! This workout is faced paced with short periods of rest between each exercise, allowing for high calorie burning and muscle toning in just 45 minutes. Monday Meltdown will have you feeling accomplished all week long! Class size is limited. Please message if you would like to attend.
